Symposium #1 LINZ 10/2018: Participation process: architectural competition – contradictions and changes

Individuals, communities, and states have to deal with contradictions every day. Contradictions can be a problem as well as an opportunity. This applies to schools, to architecture, to education, to participation. Ideally, contradictions lead to changes.

That was the focus of the architectural competition participation process, which took place as a PULS + multiplier event on October 22nd and 23rd, 2018 in the Kulturquartier Linz.

The detailed documentation can be found on the Schulraumkultur website.

This event is part of the four-part symposium series LERNEN und RAUM ENTWICKELN of the PULS + educational project. The four symposia will take place between October 2018 and September 2020 in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Italy.

Unfortunately, the fourth and last symposium cannot take place in Bolzano in May 2020, as originally planned, due to the Corona, but instead in September 2020 as an online conference with the title: 09/2020 BOLZANO School building in rural areas: before, during and after the corona crisis
