Symposium #3 BASEL 02/2020: From school (re) building to learning space development

All-day structures, educational harmonization and the objectives of an integrative school still make many school conversions or new buildings necessary. The aim of the symposium is to make the dialogue between the actors from architecture, education and administration in learning space development tangible, to enable insights into concrete participation processes and, last but not least, to use the symposium itself for networking.

At the 3rd symposium on February 27 and 28, 2020 in Muttenz, the following questions were examined in more detail:

  • How does the interaction of the actors from education, architecture and administration succeed in such a way that learning becomes possible in a variety of ways?
  • How can learners, teachers and parents be sustainably involved in helping to shape the learning location?

Especially at the interface of multi-professional cooperation, it is important to clarify options for action and to make a contribution to a more effective interaction of all those involved in a learning network.

The flyer with the program framework and the preliminary composition of the contributors to the symposium can be downloaded here.

This event is part of the four-part symposium series LERNEN und RAUM ENTWICKELN of the PULS + educational project. The four symposia will take place between October 2018 and September 2020 in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Italy.
